Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your device in its original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective films are included.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and clear all personal data, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
